From the 1st April the practice will no longer accept prescription requests over the telephone and all requests will need to be made through the NHS APP or by dropping a written request to the surgery or by post.
For our most vulnerable patients if you feel you are unable to order a prescription using one of the methods above, please contact reception on 0121 445 1704 to discuss this further.
