Tests ordered by the practice
Test results can be access via the online via NHS APP or Patient Access. If you wish to telephone or visit reception for your test results then please do so after 14.30am. This allows time for results to be checked and staff will have more time to help you.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Hospital Results
If you are under the care of a consultant in the hospital and they have asked you to have any tests then you must contact the consultant’s secretary for the results or wait for your follow-up appointment. You can contact the hospital secretaries via the relevant hospital switchboard
Private Results
Patients who have been seen privately and have been asked by a consultant to have some tests taken must contact the private hospital for the results directly.
