Learning Disabilities

Do you have a learning disability or do you care for a person that does?

People with a learning disability often have poorer physical and mental health than other people. This does not need to be the case. It is important that everyone over the age of 14 who is on their doctor’s learning disability register has an annual health check. If you have not been contacted by us to book your appointment this year then please call our reception team on 0121 445 1704 to arrange your health check.

The NHS details more about the benefits of the health checks here
