In addition to booking appointments and ordering repeat medication on line you can now view some of your medical records. If you would like to access this service please pop into the surgery to complete a consent form. You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as a passport or driving licence. If you do not have this then a bank statement or utility bill with your home address on it. For confidentiality reasons this service is only available to patients aged over 16.
