You may be aware that from April 2014 all practices are required to provide all their patients aged 75 and over with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support our surgery provides for them.
If you are aged 75 and over and your surname begins with the following letter the Doctor assigned will be your named GP :-
A to G – Dr Clarkson H to R – Dr Peacock S – Dr Robertson T to Z – Dr King
This will make no change to the care you receive and you can continue to see any GP in the practice as you currently do. If you have any strong feelings about being placed with another GP please let the Practice Manager know.
